Celebrate the winter harvest — specifically all those amazing root vegetables — at this month’s Rooted Supper Club. Yes, this is a 100% plant-based meal, and yes, it is for you! No imitation or lab-grown products here, just good old from-the-earth ingredients made amazingly delicious by Chef Christy and the team.
